	Virginia Blue Ridge Parkway Specialty License Plate Virginia Blue Ridge Parkway Specialty License Plate FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway is partnering with the Blue Ridge Parkway Association to sponsor a Blue Ridge Parkway specialty license plate in Virginia. The plate costs $25. Help us TODAY by applying for your Blue Ridge Parkway license plate! To make this plate a reality, we must receive 350 applications. After this benchmark is reached, the state of Virginia will begin production. (read more about the specialty plate creation process) FRIENDS will receive a portion of the plate fee. We will then donate 100% of those monies to the Blue Ridge Parkway. So, not only do you get a unique plate, you're also helping to support "America's Favorite Drive", the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are hoping to make this plate a reality by the 75th anniversary of the Blue Ridge Parkway, coinciding with the Parkway's 75th Anniversary celebration. What an anniversary gift that would be! Applying for the Blue Ridge Parkway plate couldn't be easier, simply: Print the Dept. of Motor Vehicles license plate application form. We have checked the "Other" box and typed in Blue Ridge Parkway for you. Mail the completed form, along with $25 for the Blue Ridge Parkway plate, to: FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway, PO Box 20986, Roanoke, VA 24018. FRIENDS will deposit your money into our specially designated license plate bank account. Once the necessary 350 applications have been received, you will be notified by the DMV.
