1. The competition is open to amateur photographers with two divisions,
   adult and youth (ages 6-15).
2. Entries will be accepted from May 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008.
3. All entries are subject to any use by the Blue Ridge Parkway and FRIENDS
   of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Photo credit will be given to photographer
   without further compensation.
4. All photographs must be taken with in the boundaries of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
5. Entries may be color or black and white digital images in JPG file format (rgb).
   Please keep your file sizes down to no more than 2MB per image.
   Image file names with spaces will produce upload errors.
   Winning entries may be asked to submit high resolution image if possible.
6. Digital images must not be altered. This would include combining pictures,
   removing or adding objects or drastically changing color, etc. Normal color
   correction and sharpening are acceptable.
7. Photographer may submit up to three photos for consideration.
8. Each image must be the work of the person submitting the image, original
   and unpublished.
9. Each entry should be accompanied by a caption, description and location on
   the Parkway where the image was created.
10. There is no fee to enter. Deadline for entries is September 30, 2008
11. Winners will be notified by Dec. 1, 2008. Decisions of the judges are final.
